Isaac Efraim
Owner
Isaac leads YBL Design & Build with a hands-on approach shaped by both construction experience and a strong background in project management. After graduating and spending three years at Blackstone, he returned to grow his family’s construction business with a more organized, client-focused approach.
As a former Division I athlete, Isaac brings discipline, focus, and a strong sense of accountability to the way he manages each project. He is deeply involved from the early planning stages through construction, with an emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail, and a well-managed client experience.
His goal is not only to deliver a beautiful finished result, but to make the process feel structured, transparent, and professionally handled from start to finish.
Chen Efraim
Office Manager
Chen oversees YBL’s day-to-day office operations and internal coordination. She plays a key role in keeping projects organized behind the scenes, supporting scheduling, communication, and the systems that help each job move forward efficiently. Her attention to detail and steady oversight help ensure that the team stays aligned, timelines stay on track, and clients receive a more organized experience throughout the project.
Jacob Efraim
Site Supervisor
Jacob oversees on-site execution and helps ensure each project is carried out with care, consistency, and attention to detail. With strong field experience and a practical understanding of construction, he plays an important role in maintaining quality and keeping work moving efficiently on site.
His hands-on involvement helps bridge planning and execution, making sure the work in the field reflects the standards and expectations set from the start.
